Terms and Conditions

1. Service Terms & Commitments

  • All plans require a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation is allowed.

  • Clients must request cancellation at least 14 days before their next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

  • Clients may pause their plan at any time for up to 12 months, but during this period:Automations and integrations will be suspended.
    No maintenance or revision meetings can be scheduled.

2. Payments, Fees, & Refunds

  • Payments are charged automatically on a monthly basis through the chosen payment method.

  • If a payment is canceled or missed, all automations and integrations will be immediately suspended until payment is completed.

  • Setup fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Kova AI is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services. If this occurs, the setup fee will be fully refunded.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Clients own all rights to their website, domains, and related assets once the project is completed and fully paid for.

  • Kova AI retains ownership of all automations and integrations created within the client’s system.

  • Kova AI does not own or store any client data and has no rights to the client’s proprietary information.

  • Clients cannot modify or alter their automations or integrations directly—any requested changes must be made through their monthly revision meetings.

4. Monthly Revisions & Additional Work

  • Monthly revision hours can be used for:Additional integrations
    Adjustments to existing automations
    Website updates
    Any other requests within Kova AI’s capabilities

  • Clients who require extra revision hours in a given month may purchase additional time for a fee.

5. Third-Party Tools & Responsibility

  • Kova AI covers the cost of third-party automation and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, CRM subscriptions, APIs).

  • Website-related third-party costs (hosting, domains, etc.) are transferred to the client upon project completion.

  • Kova AI is not responsible for downtime, outages, or disruptions caused by third-party applications.

6. Termination & Right to Refuse Service

  • Kova AI reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time for any reason.

  • Clients violating these terms or engaging in inappropriate conduct may have their services suspended or terminated without refund.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Client data is secured using SAML SSO authentication, ensuring no sensitive information is stored by Kova AI.

  • Kova AI does not collect, store, or distribute client data.
